  • Mrs Heidi

    Mrs. Heidi became the Onsite Owner of The Goddard School of Arnold in January 2021. Before assuming this role, she served as a Franchise Consultant with Goddard Systems, Inc., where she gained extensive knowledge of school operations nationwide. With a degree in Psychology and a strong background in early childhood education, she fulfilled her long-term goal of owning and operating a school. Heidi is committed to fostering a family-centered learning environment that values the unique strengths of every child and teacher. Outside of school, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two children.

  • Mrs Jackie

    Mrs. Jackie has worked in early childhood education since 2005. She earned an Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education and a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Studies, establishing a strong foundation in child development and leadership. Jackie joined The Goddard School of Arnold in 2011 as a two-year-old teacher, later taught preschool, and advanced to Assistant Director in 2017. In 2022, she was proudly promoted to Director. In this role, Jackie is dedicated to creating a supportive, engaging environment where children thrive and families feel welcomed. She values building strong relationships with families and mentoring teachers to grow both personally and professionally. With her classroom background and leadership experience, she brings compassion and commitment to her work each day. Outside of school, Jackie enjoys reading, movies, and time with her husband and three children.

  • Mrs Kaitlyn

    Mrs. Katie joined The Goddard School of Arnold in September 2022, bringing over a decade of experience from another Goddard School in the area. In February 2025, she advanced to the role of Assistant Director. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from Salisbury University and is a certified teacher. Mrs. Katie is passionate about fostering children’s natural curiosity and takes joy in the enthusiasm they bring to the classroom as they explore and discover new concepts. Outside of school, she enjoys spending quality time with her family, traveling, and watching movies.

    Ms. Ana joined The Goddard School of Arnold in November 2023 and brings over eight years of experience in early childhood education. She recently earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Child Education from Liberty University. Passionate about fostering growth and development, Ms. Ana especially values the meaningful relationships she builds with children and their families. Outside the classroom, she enjoys traveling and exploring new cuisines.

Outside the classroom, she enjoys sewing, reading, and playing video games.

  • Ms Cailyn

    Ms. Cailyn joined the Goddard Arnold team in September 2022 as a high school intern working to complete the hours needed for early childhood education certification. Ms. Cailyn loves seeing children's individual personalities shine and listening to the imaginative conversations that happen throughout the day. In her spare time, Ms. Cailyn enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and dog. She also enjoys shopping and playing basketball.

  • Ms Ciara

    Ms. Ciara joined The Goddard School of Arnold in June 2025, bringing over two years of experience in the early childhood field. She finds joy in watching children reach new milestones, develop their unique personalities, and grow in a safe, caring environment. Being part of their early development is especially rewarding to her, and she loves creating a space where children feel supported, curious, and confident. Ms. Ciara also values building strong, trusting relationships with families and working together to ensure each child thrives. She is currently pursuing her degree in Elementary Education at Anne Arundel Community College to further her career in teaching. Outside of the classroom, she enjoys spending quality time with loved ones, exploring new restaurants, and taking her dog to the park.

    Ms. Debbie joined The Goddard School of Arnold in July 2025, bringing two years of experience working with young children. She is currently working toward her Child Development Associate (CDA) credential and is passionate about being part of each child’s growth. Her favorite part of teaching is watching children become their best selves as they learn, discover, and reach new milestones. In her free time, she enjoys going to the gym and spending time with her boyfriend. Ms. Debbie looks forward to building strong connections with her students and supporting their development in a warm, nurturing environment.

    Ms. Gabriela joined The Goddard School of Arnold in December 2023. She brings with her four years of child development coursework and several years of hands-on experience in early childhood education. Outside of the classroom, Ms. Gabriela pursues her interest in esthetics.

    Ms. Keiya joined The Goddard School of Arnold in February 2024, bringing more than six years of experience working with young children. She earned her Child Development Associate (CDA) credential and has completed internships in multiple schools, supporting students from kindergarten through fifth grade. In addition, she has worked in after-school programs serving children of all ages.
